President

Jon has been a part of Timber Bay since 1982 when he started as an intern. In 1984, he became our Brainerd Area Director. Jon now serves as Timber Bay’s President. Jon’s vision is to build Timber Bay’s capacity for serving more youth through long-term mentoring relationships.

Chief Operating Officer

Mark is the operational brain behind the organization. He has been with us helping to run our camp in Onamia, MN since 1982 and has been Camp Director since 1998. He also serves as our Chief Operating Officer.
