A brief description of WorkCrew
WorkCrew is our form of stress camping.  We feel that productive and reasonable work at Timber Bay, and elsewhere, has great value for building the self-worth of troubled kids age 14 years old and up. WorkCrew gives youth the strong sense of ownership, belonging and participation at Timber Bay.

With our strong focus on relationships, we understand that our kids are not there to build the camp, but rather we are there to build adults. However, necessary work is done that serves the camp in a meaningful way, which is recognized by the kids. When at all possible, we have the kids involved in some projects that are visible which they can see and point out to their friends when they return to Timber Bay.

Responsibilities
To serve in the following areas…
-Rotate working alongside WorkCrew teams.
-Lead Bible studies and devotionals for High School/College age staff.
-Mentor and disciple kids in their own walk with God.
-Provide some evening program activities for fun and community.
-Send mission support letters to help fund your ministry experience.
